Gotham Steel 5-Quart Pot Review – A Nice Big Pot For Your Nice Big Family
Some families might get away with a small pot and small portions but that doesn’t work well at all with a big family. For them, this 5-quart pot is the right tool for the job. It has the capacity for large soups, sauces, stews, and more and for the chef in the family, it performs exceptionally well on the cooktop and in the oven. It also works well for deep frying and roasting.
There are a pair of stainless steel handles on either side of this pot that are securely riveted to the pot and that are designed to stay cool so you can easily handle it. The same is true for the handle on the lid, where an extra bit of insulation between the glass and the metal help keep it cool.
The diameter of this pot is 10 inches, with a depth of nearly 7 inches. It is designed to perform well on any gas or electric cooktop and in the oven. It will not work on induction cooking surfaces.
